Requirements to work

In order to locum through Scalers Ltd we would need the following documents scanned and e-mailed to us:

  1. Copy of current GDC certificate
  2. Copy of current Insurance certificate
  3. Copy of current ID i.e passport or drivers licence
  4. Copy of current Hep B certificate
  5. CV
  6. DBS
  7. Right to work certificates

At present We/Practices are not allowed to keep a copy of DBS onsite but it must be shown at the practice.

For permanent work initially just a CV is required but the documents above will be required at interview.

Scalers Ltd recommends that these documents are kept in a file to be shown at every practice worked at. You may be turned away if you do not produce these on the day of work.
